Studio Rental

This space is the fastest-growing multi-use Production and Event Space in Orlando. We pride ourselves on having everything! From props to the highest quality Video and Photo lighting gear. We are located in downtown Orlando, only a minute off of the I-4 exit.

We offer our guests a very private. centrally located studio complete with wall accents, high ceilings, and natural light flowing in from large west-facing windows. This creative space elicits a modern, contemporary vibe. We have a fully working kitchen and full bathroom/changing room. A short drive will take you right to the center of Orlando's buzzing downtown scene! A 20-minute drive to the Orlando airport and 5 minutes drive to our stadiums.

A Few House Rules..

There are NO refunds if a cancellation must occur. 

Please note there is no photographer included in this studio rental. You must bring your own photographer/camera.

No smoking in the space. Guests can step outside if needed. Request permission prior to using any onsite equipment. We do not allow pets, unless they will be included in the shoot.

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. No glitter or confetti can be used.
